GrowinCo. was born out of Raphael Traticoski needs, who, while working at a giant in the food and beverage segment, needed to find a production plant to outsource the manufacturing of an SKU.
With the difficulty in locating and connecting with potential partners, the product was removed from the portfolio, and Raphael, along with his business partner Alejandro, decided to create an ecosystem of sourcing and co-manufacturing to simplify the lives of other professionals who, like them, were trapped in inefficient and often frustrating operational processes.
