If you are a manufacturer with idle capacities to list, co-packer or row ingredients supplier you can log into GrowinCo. for free, by signing a success fee term. It guarantees you will tap into the platforms potential for revenue generation and pay only a success fee when you close deals.
The success fee contract ensures that you can take advantage of GrowinCo’s ecosystem without any fixed monthly cost until a deal is made through the platform. The success fee rate is 3% of the gross value of the business generated and will only be charged 30 days after the invoicing of the product or service provided. The fee applies only to connections made through the platform and will NOT be charged if the established business relationship is with a company with which you already had contracts prior to joining the platform. In the event of termination, if there is a valid success fee, it will continue to be valid for 18 months. For more information about the contract, please request a demonstration.
