Speakers
Lynn Dornblaser brings over 35 years of product trend knowledge to her role at Mintel, which she joined in 1998. She leverages her unique perspective on the market and new product development in tailored client research and extensive public speaking engagements.
Before joining Mintel, Dornblaser reported on new product trends for various trade magazine publishing companies, serving as editor and editorial director of New Product News. She has been quoted by major US news organizations, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Times, and CNN. Additionally, Dornblaser has served as a keynote lecturer and speaker for numerous industry groups and sales forums.
Dornblaser holds a BS in Journalism from the University of Illinois and has contributed to a textbook on new product development. She is often found exploring the aisles of supermarkets around the world.
Raphael Traticoski has over 10 years of experience in multinational food companies before founding his own company, GrowinCo, in 2019.
Since its inception, the company has expanded into 11 countries, helping CPG companies optimize their co-manufacturing processes and supply chains.
Raphael holds a degree in Business Administration from UFPR and an MBA in Project Management from USP. He has previously held a leadership position at Mondelez and is also actively involved in volunteer initiatives.
Alejandro is an industrial engineer with experiences in Innovation, Procurement and Supply Chain. Recently in charge of Cross Category Procurement at CMPC, in Chile, he has also worked for Mondelēz leading the global procurement and the Latam innovations efforts.
